      On her own journey to mental healthiness, Amber discovered the power of meditation and relaxation! Big on aromatherapy and other senses-related meditation like music and dark rooms, she began to realize that setting a relaxing atmosphere was crucial for her peace and mental clarity. 

     "I developed panic disorder after experiencing multiple traumas. My therapist provided me with a great tool on which the basis of my brand stands: presence. She told me to think of three things I could see, smell and hear. When I felt my anxiety rushing I would quickly light my favorite candle, close the bathroom door (moms know about that) turn on a playlist (unless I wanted quiet prayer time) and close my eyes and manifest different mood. I would literally picture myself on a beach and the waves crashing against the shore and levitated my mind somewhere far away. I would concentrate on my breathing and take in the amazing scents of my candles, sing in the shower and afterward, place on a super comfy robe and drink a glass of my favorite tea (or wine depending on my mood)! I would activate all 5 senses realizing if my mind was in the now it couldn't travel to the past (depression) or the future (anxiety)!"

       Amber believes you have to be super intentional about creating your own mood! "I began to pray for unshakable joy and peace because happiness comes and goes! Joy is a constant reminder that there is good and peace represents tranquility, fulfillment, and well being. Peace is the still you feel even in the midst of chaos! There is nothing like it! I'm a girl who mixes prayer with therapy and one day after my long struggle with High Functioning Depression, I felt-better! I said out loud: I got that goooddd peace! Ha! It was an aha moment when I realized passion was yet again meeting purpose because what I was experiencing, I wanted to shout it from the roof tops! I wanted to box this peace and sell it."
